    We maximise yield by managing each apartment through a blend of extended corporate stays, mid-term residential stays, and the occasional holiday rental.

  • Property Management & Maintenance

    We are the sole point of contact for property management and maintenance. Minor maintenance issues are rectified in-house, with larger issues quoted.

  • Cleaning

    We provide weekly cleaning to maintain the property to high standards.

  • Photography

    We’ll take professional photography to make your property is as marketable as possible across all relevant platforms.

  • Fully Furnished

    Depending on the property, location and length of lease, we can fully furnish all properties, at no cost to the landlord.

  • Pre-Vetted Guests

    Using software and AI, we ensure that guests are pre-vetted before staying at your apartment.
